This case revolves around the show south park. The show recently censored anything that references Muhammad in any way due to the threats from a radical Islamic website. This is showing that the first amendment is being challenged, but unfortunately since this is techinically a case thats out of the united states juridiction due to it being a threat from outside the states the decision to censor southpark was left up to comedy central. After watching the videos for this clip its really hard to tell if it even refereed to the prophet Muhammad after all hes in a bear suit.

Good example of censorship, but it has nothing to do with the First Amendment. Comedy Central is a cable station that can show anything it wants to. It chose to censor references to the prophet Muhammad.
