On wikipedia there are 14,559 social working websites listed. The social working websites I have heard of are facebook and twitter and that's about it. From what i can tell all the social working websites are all listed. I use social networking as a way to connect with friends who are far away. The sites that I use are facebook and that's about it for social working websites. One way that a a social network website helped me was when someone needed to contact me, but didn't have my phone number. So what that person did was message some of my friends who did have my phone number on facebook and was able to contact me by that means.

Have you ever had a bad experience using a social network website?
ReplyDeleteI have heard from many long-lost friends through facebook, and to me that's a real advantage.
ReplyDeletei had a bad experience with craiglist. That's not a social network, but it sort of acts like one. Anyways I drove like 50 miles and the person didn't even have the item he had posted.
